Over 26 years of public service to the Eagle River area advocating for the values essential to maintain the uniqueness of our community.

• State House of Representatives, District 17, elected to 3 terms
• Anchorage Assembly, 3 terms; Past Chair & Vice-Chair
• Alaska Veterans Museum, Founding Board Member
• Eagle River Valley Community Council
• Chugiak/Eagle River Chamber of Commerce
• Chugiak Senior Center
• Anchorage Recycling Summit, ERVCC Representative
• AMAT’s (Transportation Planning) Delegate
• 911 Mayor’s Task Force

Community Projects: Baranoff Road Upgrade, Nike Site Renovation, Arctic Winter Games, and Education Campaign Business Awareness Smoke Free Workplace

Youth Related Activities: Girl Scout/Brownie Co-Leader, Sunday School Teacher, PTA President, Soccer Coach, Knik Little League Treasurer, Winter Special Olympics Volunteer

School District Policy Committees: Alpenglow Boundaries, Chugiak High School Overcrowding, High School Building Specifications, High School Education Specifications, and School District Budget Advisory Team
